Many thanks to the officers and committee for inviting me to judge this show. I had a wonderful day, there was a very friendly, sporting atmosphere and the standard of exhibits I found to be very high with excellent tempermants and majority of dogs presented in top condition.
VETERAN DOG
1st Bull & Warren's Starferry Devil Rays, 11 years old black of nice type, in his day would have been an impressive boy, still enthusiastic and showed nice movement round the ring.
MINOR PUPPY DOG
1st Chapman, Rees' & Stephensons Loupeis Buffalo Soldier With Kitsune. On his own, cream boy of 6mths but took my eye immediatley. substance all round , excellent head qualities, good eye, excellent pigmentation and bite, loose lip just enough work and well padded, liked this boy a lot, lots of potential and for a pup drove around the ring just giving that bit extra pushed hard for more. Well deserved BPIS, RBD.
JUNIOR DOG
1st Meredith's Nowty Black Face. Red 17mth of nice size and shape, good head, with nice bite, well placed ears, decent eye shape, would like to see a bit more strength on the front assembly to give the strong shoulders, good topline and excellent tail set, lovely coat and moved ok.
NOVICE DOG

2nd Meredith's Nowty Blackface.
LIMIT DOG
1st Butterfield & Bradley's Jolerob What Bloomin Angel With Chequerpei. 3years, red, lovely boy, beautiful type with good expression, well made and good size, shapely and in great condition, well balanced and purposeful on the move.
2nd Bull & Warrens Starferry Shanghai Style, 6 years cream dog, larger than 1 but another nice breed type, quality head, just enough work and good bite, dark eye and well set ears, strong front and nice angles front and rear, another one moved and handled well.
OPEN DOG
1st Wisbeys Qinrose Jimmy Choo, 5 yrs red quality dog, liked as soon as he entered ring, wonderful type, well made, strong in top condition, hard to pick fault with and showed himself on the move, everything to like, very pleased to award BD and RBIS.
VETERAN BITCH
1st Pearson & Butterfield's Chequerpei Golden Ingot, 8 years and looking in very good shape, another very nice type of this breed clearly enjoying her veteran years. BVIS.
MINOR PUPPY BITCH
1st Stephenson & Rees' Loupei's No Woman No Cry. Beautiful 6mths girl lots of potential, good standard puppy, everything in place for her to have a great show career, liked her type, expression and character, handled wonderfully.
2nd Glebov's Hoonwang Halo Star, red 7 mths, another baby, nice type in a tough class, needs a bit more confidence and hard to get hold of but enough to see the potential.
PUPPY BITCH
1st Stephenson & Rees' Loupeis Flash Freeze, classy cream 9mths, wonderful breed type, substance, lovely head, just enough work not overdone in any way, clean eye, beautiful ears, strong girl in hard condition, loved her lines, pleasing shape and that strong driven movement, PB, RBB.
JUNIOR BITCH
1st Butterfield's Chequerpei Eternal Flame, mature red 9 mths, another lovely type, clean lines and good head qualities, strong front, plenty bone and depth, lovely tight feet well knuckled up, slightly stand offish but enough to like, moved well and shown in top condition.
2nd Lloyd's Jentiki Moet Summer Wine With Sharsdown, another nice youngster, slightly smaller than 1 but plenty about to like, well muscled compact bitch, yet another good type with potential, close to 1 will no doubt provide competition as she matures.
NOVICE BITCH
1st Poole's Coatakinti Good Whippin red of good size, broad skull and good work, nice expression, solid front with depth, nicely shaped, moved ok.
2nd Keelings Zolanijo Little Perisher, close to 1, needs to settle, good head, well made got nice shape on move.
POST GRADUATE BITCH
1st Grimshaw's Headholme Miss Socket At Sharpuggles, 21mnths red, lovely size, balanced with pleasing outline, nice type again with excellent head, just enough work and padding, loose lip, good bite, strong front and good rear angulation that showed on the move, alert and in good condition.
2nd Butterfield's Loupeis Grace N Favour With Chequerpei, yet another smart bitch, very close to 1, just preferred overall balance of winner but again this girl has excellent head qualities, substance and presence to catch your eye.
LIMIT BITCH
1st Chandler's Jentiki Hello I'm Maude At Chandshar. Stood out in a good class, lovely breed type, liked her all round quality, balanced in top condition, hard to find fault with, loved her head and expression, moved easily with proper drive.
OPEN BITCH
1st Matthias & Walton's Loupeis All Flash No Cash For Kaigo. Top class, beautiful bitch of real quality, took the eye immediatley and a pleasure to go over, lovely type, balanced, hard condition and moved like a dream, was very pleased to award her a well deserved BB & BIS.
2nd Poole's Jolerob Angel For The Pickin At Coatakinti, unlucky to come up against winner but yet another girl to like, strength of bitches is very good if today's evidence is anything to go by and this girl was a good type, well made, strong, carried herself well.
